Eleven common faults and troubleshooting methods for gravure printing oil circuit!

The gravure printing oil circuit plays an important role, and its troubleshooting has more practical value. The ideal working state of the oil circuit is: sufficient and stable oil supply, and ensuring that all parts that need lubrication are in normal working condition. Below is an analysis of the general methods for troubleshooting oil circuit faults.
1. Poor operation of the oil distribution valve
(1) Remove and clean the internal blockage of the oil distribution valve;
(2) The oil quantity at each oil distribution point of the oil distribution valve is not adjusted properly. The weight adjustment oil quantity control screw;
(3) Reinstall the oil distribution valve with oil leakage at the connecting pipes at both ends.
2. Oil leakage from the return tank
Its troubleshooting is the same as the fuel supply tank
3. Oil return pipe II is not smooth
(1) Return pipe II is blocked and needs to be cleaned again;
(2) Reinstallation of return pipe II due to high position
4. Warm oil supply tank
(1) The oil supply tank is poorly sealed and resealed;
(2) Do not add oil when the machine is running and remove excess oil if the oil level is too high.
5. The front filter is blocked from oil
(1) Filter clogged and cleaned before reinstalling;
(2) The filter was not placed in the oil tank and measures were taken to ensure that the filter was always below the oil level.
6. Oil system does not refuel
(1) If the clearance between the gear items inside the oil pump is too large, remove and reinstall or replace the relevant components;
(2) The gap between the two ends of the oil pump is too large. Remove and reinstall or replace relevant components;
(3) The key connecting the non rotating gear and shaft inside the pump is not installed;
(4) Reinstall the oil pump with oil leakage at the oil pipe joints at both ends.
7. Oil eye blockage
(1) Oil eye blockage cleaning oil eye;
(2) Reinstall the oil hole and oil pipe joint due to oil leakage.
8. Oil return pipe I is not smooth
(1) Reopen the oil return eye if it is not opened;
(2) Clean the oil return eye when it is blocked.
9. Oil supply pipe II is blocked
(1) The fuel supply pipe II did not adjust its position relative to the oil eye position to ensure its correct fit;
(2) The other faults of fuel supply pipe II are the same as those of fuel supply pipe I.
10. Oil blockage in the rear filter
(1) Clean the surface of the filter with dirt and reinstall it;
(2) Remove and reinstall the filter if the internal oil circuit is blocked.
11. Oil supply pipe I is blocked
(1) Replace the oil supply pipe with the tower plug inside the oil supply pipe I;
(2) Replace the oil supply pipe with a hard fold in the oil supply pipe I;
(3) Reinstall the joint due to oil leakage.
