2. Main transmission mechanism: The main transmission adopts a variable frequency motor to drive each group of printing plates. Features: Energy saving.
3. Shaftless plate installation mechanism: The plate installation adopts a cylinder, which pulls the core shaft for plate installation, and the horizontal adjustment adopts screw movement. Features: Reduce version change time, ensure concentricity, and improve product quality.
4. Ink scraper mechanism: The scraper can be adjusted up, down, and at any angle. The scraper pressure adopts dual air cylinders, and the horizontal movement uses a three-phase asynchronous motor to drive the scraper support shaft to move. Feature: Extends the lifespan of the version.
5. Imprinting lifting mechanism: The imprinting adopts dual air cylinders with self-locking to protect the cylinder from air leakage and shutdown. Features: Ensure average pressure and color difference.
6. Coloring robot arm: It uses a computer-controlled synchronous motor to adjust through a decelerating ball screw for automatic coloring. Features: Flexible rotation, high color registration accuracy.
7. Material receiving and discharging structure: Adopting a duplex position material receiving and discharging rack, fully automatic roll changing and material receiving. The discharging tension and traction tension of material receiving and discharging adopt variable frequency vector control line speed, and the material receiving adopts vector variable frequency control. Features: Accelerated color registration and stability, no horizontal deviation. For large-scale printing, it can save materials, ink, solvents, and energy. When the feeding speed is 120 meters/minute, the maximum waste of feeding is about 10 meters, which is about 20 meters less than the three motors. Ink, solvents, and energy are saved by about 15%, greatly reducing the cost of the main product.
8. Drying and cooling structure: The oven adopts centrifugal fan suction and water cooling rollers to reduce the film temperature. The internal air volume of the oven forms a thermal cycle, and the temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller. The water cooling type of the back roller ensures the film cooling. Features: Energy saving.
