Main features:
1. Purpose: This machine is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD, as well as composite films and papers with the same properties. The printing speed of this machine is 5-140 meters/minute, and the mechanical speed is 150 meters/minute.
2. Main transmission mechanism: The main transmission adopts a variable frequency motor to drive each group of printing plates. Features: Energy saving.
3. Shaftless plate installation mechanism: The plate installation adopts a cylinder, which pulls the core shaft for plate installation, and the horizontal adjustment adopts screw movement. Features: Reduce version change time, ensure concentricity, and improve product quality.
4. Ink scraper mechanism: The scraper can be adjusted up, down, and at any angle. The scraper pressure adopts dual pneumatic cylinders, and the horizontal movement adopts synchronous motor rotation cam movement. Feature: Extends the lifespan of the version.
5. Imprinting lifting mechanism: The imprinting adopts dual cylinder lifting pressure and cam self-locking positioning to protect the cylinder from air leakage and shutdown. Features: Ensure average pressure and color difference.
6. Coloring robot arm: It uses a computer-controlled synchronous motor to adjust through a decelerating ball screw for automatic coloring. Features: Rotational lubrication, high color registration accuracy.
7. Material receiving and discharging mechanism: adopts a duplex position material receiving and discharging rack, with automatic roll changing and material receiving. The discharging tension and traction tension of the material receiving and discharging are controlled by a variable frequency vector control line speed, and the material receiving is controlled by a torque motor. Features: Accelerated color registration and stability, no horizontal deviation. For large-scale printing, it can save materials, ink, solvents, and energy. When the feeding speed is 120 meters/minute, the maximum waste of feeding is about 10 meters, which is about 20 meters less than the three motors. Ink, solvents, and energy are saved by about 15%, greatly reducing the cost of the main product.
8. Drying and cooling mechanism: The oven adopts a centrifugal fan for blowing and suction, and electric heating pipes are distributed at the blowing ports of each group of ovens for heating. The air volume and heat circulation are formed inside the oven, and the temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller. The return roller is cooled by air to ensure film cooling.
